Administration Officer (LIFE Program)
Our LIFE program is a mentoring and leadership program that helps educate students in Christian leadership for future generations.
The LIFE program has been created to help build the King's, local and international communities through various programs and fundraising events.
This position is Full Time (Term Time) for a Term 1, 2026 start!
This role is offered as a 12-month contract to cover a staff member on maternity leave.
The role involves helping to cultivate an environment where Primary and High School students are supported at lunch time in the HUB with various activities, encouraged to participate in the community, and develop leadership skills.
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Administrative skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with students from all year levels (Primary to High School)
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or ability to obtain
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with all administrative duties as directed
- Liaising in a professional and friendly manner with internal and external stakeholders of the College
- Assist with the organisation and preparation of all fundraising activities and initiatives
- Facilitate programs and activities with students in the HUB

Your curriculum vitae should include details for;
- at least 2 recent professional referees (including your current employer)
- at least 1 referee who can attest to your suitability to work within the values and culture of an expanding Christian school (preferably from a pastor or minister).

Our PIMPAMA CAMPUS (on the northern end of the Gold Coast) currently has over 2000 students on-site, from Early Learning to Year 12.
King’s LOGAN VILLAGE CAMPUS (in south-west Logan) currently has over 1000 students on-site, offering places for students from Early Learning through to High School.
